Virtual EMDR Intensives in Ohio
Focused EMDR therapy for when you’re ready to move forward.
Sometimes you understand why you feel the way you do, but understanding isn't enough to change how you feel.
You may find yourself stuck in anxiety, overwhelmed by emotions, affected by past experiences, or repeating patterns you desperately want to break.
EMDR intensive therapy offers a focused way to work through what is keeping you stuck.
I provide virtual EMDR therapy and EMDR intensives for adults who are physically located in Ohio.
You don’t have to spend years talking about the same things.
Traditional weekly therapy can be helpful, but it isn't the right fit for everyone.
You may have a busy schedule. You may feel ready to focus deeply on something you've been struggling with for years. Or you may simply want more concentrated time to do meaningful therapeutic work.
EMDR intensives allow us to set aside dedicated time to focus on your goals without waiting a week between sessions.
Instead of trying to fit your healing into a 50-minute appointment, we create space for focused therapeutic work.
What Is an EMDR Intensive?
EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a trauma-focused therapy approach that can help you process distressing experiences and the beliefs, emotions, and reactions that continue to affect you.
An EMDR intensive provides extended, focused sessions rather than traditional weekly appointments.
Depending on your needs, you can choose between a focused half-day intensive or a multi-day intensive experience.
Before beginning, we'll talk about your history, goals, and whether an intensive format is appropriate for you.
EMDR Intensives Designed Around Your Goals
Half-Day EMDR Intensive
3 hours | $490
A focused intensive designed to work on a specific memory, experience, theme, or treatment goal.
Your intensive includes preparation, focused EMDR work, and post-session support.
Multi-Day EMDR Intensive
3 days | 3 hours per day | $1,465
A more concentrated experience for clients who want additional time and structure to work toward their therapeutic goals.
The multi-day intensive includes assessment, preparation, structured EMDR sessions, a reflection workbook, and follow-up integration.
Why Choose an EMDR Intensive?

Fewer Interruptions
Rather than waiting a week between appointments, intensive therapy allows us to create a more concentrated therapeutic experience.
Personalized Treatment
Your intensive is structured around your history, goals, and individual needs.
Virtual Convenience
All sessions are conducted virtually, allowing you to participate from your own home.
I am licensed in Ohio, so you must be physically located in Ohio at the time of your session.
You Don’t Have to Figure It Out Alone
You may have spent years trying to understand what happened to you.
You may have read the books, listened to the podcasts, talked to friends, and even tried therapy.
And yet, something still doesn't feel resolved.
That's where focused trauma therapy may help.
My goal isn't simply to help you understand your past. It's to help you process what continues to affect you so you can experience greater freedom in the present.
Is an EMDR Intensive Right for You?
An intensive may be a good fit if:
You want to focus deeply on a particular issue.
You feel ready to work on experiences that continue to affect you.
Traditional weekly therapy doesn't fit your schedule or preferences.
You want a concentrated therapeutic experience.
You're interested in EMDR and want to explore whether it is appropriate for you.
The best way to know whether an intensive is right for you is to talk about your goals and circumstances.
I offer a free 30-minute consultation so we can discuss what you're experiencing, what you'd like to work on, and whether EMDR intensive therapy is a good fit.
You don't need to know exactly what you need before reaching out.
We can figure that out together.
